This video demonstrates how to replace/repair/upgrade the original (MK1) Mistral Universal Joint. I have converted all of my UJ's to connect to the standard europin mast base while still maintaining the original board track/insert connection.

Mistral daggerboards are infamous for having broken plastic pressure/rotation pins (3 on each board). These videos show how I create my own replacement parts. The techniques shown here can be used to mold any plastic part.
The videos above show how to make your own silicon molds and then pour epoxy into the molds to make your own 'plastic' parts. This technique will work with polyester as well
